BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University women's basketball team (1-3) will host Lafayette, Bradley and Delaware for the 11th installment of the FAU Thanksgiving Tournament on Friday and Saturday. The Owls will face Lafayette on Friday at noon and Bradley and Delaware will follow at 2:30 p.m.

- Game 1 (Friday, Nov. 23) - Noon
- FAU (home) vs. Lafayette (away)
- Game 2 (Friday, Nov. 23) - 2:30 p.m.
- Delaware (away) vs. Bradley (home)
- Game 3 (Saturday, Nov. 24) - Noon
- Loser of game 2 (away) vs. Loser of game 1 (home)
- Game 4 (Saturday, Nov. 24) - 2:30 p.m.
- Winner of game 2 (away) vs. Winner of game 1 (home)
HISTORY OF THE TOURNAMENT
- In the 11th installment of the FAU Thanksgiving Tournament, Lafayette, Bradley, Delaware and FAU will compete for the title. The tournament first began in 2003 and continued to 2005, took a break in 2006, resumed in 2007 and 2008 before stopping again. In 2013, the Owls started the tournament back up again and it has been played in every season since

LAST TIME OUT
- The Owls got their first win of the season against Richmond on Sunday, 69-55
- Ra'Kyra Gabriel and Myka Johnson Matthews led FAU on the offensive front with 17 points each. Juliette Gauthier added nine points
- Abby Voss pulled down 17 rebounds and Gabriel had seven
- Johnson Matthews connected on four 3-pointers, a season high for the redshirt junior
- Jayla Adams had a career-high seven assists
- The Owls had a season highs in rebounds with 54 and field goal percentage, shooting 45.1 percent
SERIES HISTORY
- FAU and Lafayette have met only one other time in program history
- That meeting came on Dec. 30, 1993 in the Miami Holiday Classic. Lafayette won that meeting, 70-53
- The Owls have never played Bradley or Delaware
SCOUTING LAFAYETTE
- The Leopards (3-1) are coming off their first loss of the season after falling to Saint Peter's, 62-60, on Tuesday night
- Sophomore Natalie Kucowski opened the season with three consecutive double-doubles, the first player in Lafayette history to do so. She's averaging 15.3 rebounds per game, the fourth highest average in the country. She also leads the team in scoring, averaging 21.3 points per game
- The Leopards 3-0 start to the season was the best start for Lafayette since the 2013-14 season
REBOUNDING MACHINE
- Abby Voss made an impressive debut as an Owl, pulling down 16 rebounds against Hampton in the season opener
- In her fourth game as a collegiate player, she bested that with 17 boards
- Averaging 11.3 rebounds per game, Voss is second in Conference USA, 35th nationally and tied for seventh among all freshmen in the country
