BOCA RATON, Fla. - (Feb. 26, 2017) - Florida Atlantic University's softball team got another win at the FAU Tournament on Sunday, defeating Memphis 5-0.

Emily Lochten had a homerun making it her eighth on the year.
Madisyn Palmer went 2-for-3 while bringing in three runs.
Tatum Buckley and Fayth Davis both recorded hits.
Alex Miller and Amanda Peck each added a hit.

Key Plays
Lochten led off the game with a homerun to right field, as she also did in Saturday's game against Florida A&M. In the bottom of the third inning, Palmer got on base via a bunt, stole second, then scored on a Miller single to left field. Miller scored on a single to right field by Davis for the final run of the inning. Palmer scored the final run of the game in the bottom of the fifth inning on an error by the Memphis first baseman.
