Football Has Enjoyed Bowl Events, Now Ready to Play

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Atlantic University football team (10-3) began the CheriBundi Tart Cherry Bowl preparation on Friday and with that came bowl festivities.

After a short practice at the Tom Oxley Fields Monday morning, the pre-bowl game events ended Monday afternoon with a luncheon at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. Here is a look at the week’s events as a whole:

 The Game
The Owls will face Akron (7-6) on Tuesday, Dec. 19 at FAU Stadium, at 7 p.m. It will be broadcasted across the board on ESPN, ESPN National Radio, and ESPN West Palm 106.3.
