BOCA RATON, Fla. - Florida Atlantic women's tennis hosted UCF on Sunday and lost 7-0 to the Knights. UCF swept both doubles and singles with FAU not able to gain any traction in the match. UCF coming off of a lost at Florida Gulf Coast was motivated from the start of the match.

"UCF showed up to compete and we didn't. UCF has a lot of fierce players and we needed to bring our A game, and we didn't" said FAU head coach Marcy Cava.

FAU hopes to get back on track next week February 12, against Bethune Cookman, at 2 p.m. at home at Patch Reef Park.
