BOCA RATON, Fla. - - A last-second Hail Mary to Kamrin Solomon looked to seal a Sunday battle against Charlotte (2-4, 1-1 C-USA) for the Florida Atlantic University football team (1-5, 0-2 C-USA), but the play was overturned upon review, giving the 49ers the win.
Coach's Quote
"It's the same thing we've told [the team] the whole time" FAU Head Coach Charlie Partridge said. "Fight one mission at a time, one week at a time, and to stay together. I told every one of them I loved and that I appreciate how hard they're working. Our resolve, our fight, our love for each other...has never wavered."
