JONESBORO, Ark. - Florida Atlantic University's men's golf team is tied for 17th among 21 teams in the Arkansas State Red Wolves Invitational after the first day of play played at the Ridge Point Country Club.
Michael Perez shot a three over par, 74 and sits tied for 16. Pablo Gerboles Parrilla is tied with teammate Connor O'Rourke for 61 with a 78. Cody Christenson shot an 82 and stands at T94 after the first round while Derron Peyton shot an 83 and it tied for 100.
The Owls, competing in their second tournament in as many weeks, will complete the second round on Sunday.
