FAU's Trapp Named Allstate Good Works Team Nominee

BOCA RATON, Fla. â€" Florida Atlantic University senior Jackson Trapp is a nominee for the 2016 Allstate NABC Good Works Team®. The award spotlights a select group of student-athletes who have shown dedication to community service and altruism in their communities.

In its fourth year, the Allstate NABC Good Works Team® recognizes players at all levels of college basketball who have made outstanding contributions in the areas of volunteerism and civic involvement. The Orlando native has participated in multiple community service events, including youth camps and working with special needs children.

Trapp is averaging 7.0 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game so far this season for the Owls. The final Good Works Team will be announced on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2016.
