Men’s Basketball Collabs with QB1

BOCA RATON, Fla. – Recently, the Florida Atlantic men's basketball team took their talents outside Abessinio Court at Eleanor R. Baldwin Arena, to the football practice fields behind the Schmidt Family Complex for Academic and Athletic Excellence.
The team took time to face off against one another in a receiver versus defensive back setting, while being on the receiving end of pinpoint passes from football's resident QB1, Caden Veltkamp.
Basketball Head Coach John Jakus and Hagerty Family Head Football Coach Zach Kittley were also able to meet up and chat ahead of the start of their respective seasons. Football is up first, with the team's opener set against Florida in Gainesville on Sept. 5 at 7:45 p.m., airing on the SEC Network.
