The Florida Atlantic University men's and women's cross country teams competed in the USF Collegiate Invitational on Friday, Sept. 5.

Junior Chloe Sell came in third overall in the women's 5000m, and was FAU's top finisher with a final time of 18:32.90. Marla Keyes finished closely after, coming in sixth overall with a final time of 18:43.35. These times mark Sell's and Keyes' second records on FAU's All-Time Top 10 List.

On the men's side, senior Josh Peterson was FAU's top finisher in the 8000m, coming in 31st with a time of 27:22.49.

The women's team took fourth place with an average time of 19:15.87. The men's team took fifth place with an average time of 29:10.87.

Florida Atlantic will compete in the UF Gator Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 20 at 7:30 a.m. in Gainesville, Fla. For more information or to view the full cross country schedule, please visit FAUsports.com.
