Women's Soccer Hosts CSU Bakersfield, Wofford

The Florida Atlantic University women's soccer team hosts its first home weekend of the 2014 season as CSU Bakersfield and Wofford come to town. The Owls (4-3-1) face CSU Bakersfield (0-7-1) on Friday, Sept. 19 at 7 p.m. at the FAU Soccer Stadium, Boca Raton campus. Kickoff against Wofford (3-2) is slated for 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21.
Last week: FAU split its weekend, falling 1-0 to Jacksonville on the road before downing Brown 1-0 in overtime at home. Freshman Maddie Pung scored her first career goal in the 93rd minute on an assist by Taylor Townsend for the victory.
History: FAU has never faced CSU Bakersfield or Wofford in women's soccer.
