Men's Cross Country Competes at FSU Invitational

The Florida Atlantic University men's cross country team competed in the FSU Invitational on Friday night with the Owls coming in ninth out of 11 Division I teams.
Senior Josh Peterson was FAU's top finisher in the 8k, coming in 35th with a final time of 27:23.30. Adam Simon followed, coming in 51st place with a time of 28:10.07. Freshman newcomer Connor Bergin finished close behind in 61st place with a time of 29:22.80.
The other FAU competitors who rounded out the group were Matthew McFall, Djery Clement, Christian Small, Josh Nicholas, and Joseph Mauvais.
The Owls will compete in the Westminster Academy Collegiate Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 5 p.m. in Lauderale Lakes, Fla. For more information or to view the full cross country schedule, please visit FAUsports.com.
