Women's Basketball Opens Preseason Practice

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Head Coach Kellie Lewis-Jay and the Florida Atlantic University women's basketball team began their practices for the 2013-14 season this week.

The Owls open play on Nov. 3 with an exhibition against Lynn University before starting the regular season on Nov. 8 at Akron.

FAU has seven active seniors on its roster, the most of any Conference USA program. The Owls return 91% of its scoring offense from a year ago.
