Boca Raton, FL - The Florida Atlantic University baseball team's successful start to the 2012 season has been highlighted with a feature story in the weekly write up on ESPN.com. The story also focuses on senior infielder/catcher Mike Albaladejo.
Albaladejo leads the Owls with a .545 batting average and has recorded three-hit performances in five of the team's eight games. He has scored eight runs while driving in an additional eight runs as the leadoff batter in the batting order.

FAU stands 6-2 on the season and begins a four-game weekend series against Princeton University on Friday, March 2, at 6:30 p.m. from the FAU Baseball Stadium, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton campus.
Princeton will be opening its 2012 season and appeared in the Austin Regional last season after winning the Ivy League.
The Owls will look to bounce back after a 10-5 loss at eighth ranked University of Miami on February 29.
FAU is 3-1 this season at home and have won 70-percent of its home games under Head Coach John McCormack.
