PITTSBURGH, PA - Senior Eszter Bucz won the 200 yard IM at the Pitt Invite over the weekend.

The win was one of eight top-5 finishes for the Owls at the meet. Bucz's win was by more than half of a second over the runner up. Eric Williams had a 2nd place finish in the men's 50 yard freestyle and helped the 200 yard freestyle relay team to a 3rd place finish.

Matthieu Burtez (4:33.97, 500 yard free, 5th), Frida Nilsson and Agi Bucz (23.67, 50 yard free, T-4th), and the men's and women's 400 yard medley relay teams finished third and fifth, respectively to round out the top-five finishes for the Owls.

FAU will return home for a rectangle meet with Denver, Northern Arizona and Northwestern on December 21.
