GAINESVILLE, FL - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team fell to Jacksonville in straight sets (25-18, 25-13, 25-21) on the final day of the Campus USA Credit Union Invite on Saturday.
The Owls fell behind early in all three sets, and despite rallying to within striking distance, were unable to fully complete the comeback.
FAU (0-3) continued to struggle offensively, hitting just .067 on the night. Sara Stoll had six kills and Georgia Robinson and Darija Sataric had five each for the Owls. Robinson was named to the All-Tournament Team.
FAU will host Tulane on Thursday night in its home opener. The match will start at 5:30 p.m.
