BOCA RATON, FL - Florida Atlantic University's softball team fell to Penn State University 2-1, late Saturday.

Rose Gressley was 2-for-3 at the plate while Jordan Stovall went 2-for-2 and Whitley Herb added the team's only other hit in the Owl's fourth 2011 loss by one run.

Gressley also took her fourth loss of the season Saturday.

The loss puts FAU as the tournament's no. 5 seed facing Long Island, the no. 6 seed at 9 a.m. Sunday. Tulsa, the no. 3 seed, will face Penn State, the no. 4 seed, while Michigan, which is undefeated on the year and in the tournament play, will be the no. 1 seed and play host to UMass at 1 p.m.
