Owls Basketball On ESPN2... Wear Blue...Be Loud!!

BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic men's basketball team will be featured on ESPN2 on Saturday. ESPN760, the official broadcast partner of FAU Athletics will broadcast live from the FAU Arena on Saturday, January 22, from 9-11:45 am.
Fans are invited to attend the event, which will lead up to the nationally televised men's basketball game between Florida Atlantic and UALR. The event will be free and open to the public.
ESPN760 radio personalities Ken LaVicka and Evan Cohen will be on hand for the festivities. Head Coach Mike Jarvis, members of the FAU basketball team and the FAU cheer and dance teams will also make appearances to help promote Saturday's game.
Saturday's game will be a "Blue-Out" with fans encouraged to wear blue. 1,500 blue t-shirts will be given out by Student Government. Half-price reserved seats are available for the general public, while faculty and staff can recieve $5 reserved admission.
The game will be nationally televised on ESPN2, and will also be available on ESPN3.com. Live audio of the game will be streamed at www.fausports.com. Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m.
