Softball Series vs. ULM Moved Up

LAFAYETTE, LA - With rain expected in the Monroe, LA area late Friday and Saturday, the Florida Atlantic softball team's series has been moved up a day.

The Owls finished a three-game series against Louisiana-Lafayette on Wednesday and were scheduled to have Thursday off as they traveled from ULL to ULM for the start of the series on Friday. However, rain is expected in the Monroe area for most of the weekend and both teams agreed to move the series schedule up a day.

The doubleheader will now be played on Thursday, with the first game starting at 6 p.m. Friday's single game is tentatively scheduled for noon eastern. Live stats of the series will be available at fausports.com.
