Volleyball to Host Dig Pink Event

BOCA RATON, FL - Head Coach Jody Brown and the Florida Atlantic volleyball team will hold a "Dig Pink" event on Tuesday, November 2 when they host rival FIU.
Dig Pink events are held at volleyball matches around the country to raise breast cancer awareness. Dig Pink is a joint venture between the American Volleyball Coaches Association and the American Cancer Society. FAU's newly inaugurated President, Mary Jane Saunders will be on hand as the team's guest coach for the night.
C.R. Chicks will sponsor the suite level (Owls' Nest) during the match.
Live audio of the match will be also available at www.fausports.com as Jared Smith and Dale Long will call all the action from courtside. The Owls will be looking to avenge a five-set loss to the Golden Panthers in Miami earlier this season.
