BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University baseball program and the Owl Baseball Academy is hosting a series of instructional camps this summer. Seven sessions of youth camps (ages 6-13) will run from June 15 through August 14. The high school prospect camp (grades 9-12) takes place July 27 through 30. The camps are held on FAU's Boca Raton campus, 777 Glades Road.
Youth Instructional Camps
Session I: June 15-19
Session II: June 22-26
Session III: June 29-July 3
Session IV: July 6-10
Session V: July 13-17
Session VI: August 3-7
Session VII: August 10-14
Offered to co-ed players ages 6 through 13, the Owl Baseball Academy youth instructional camp is offered to players of all skill level. It includes hitting, fielding, throwing and catching instruction by members of the FAU coaching staff, as well as current and former Owls baseball players. There are seven different weeks of day camp to choose from. A multi-camp discount is available if you register for more than one camp. Cost ($221/200).
High School Prospect Camp July 27-30
Designed for the advanced high school athlete, the Owl Baseball Academy offers its Summer Select Camp for players in grades 9 through 12 in late July. Meals, lodging and transportation are included in the cost for overnight campers. This four-day camp includes lecture and instruction from the FAU coaching staff, current and former players and a number of other collegiate coaches. Early registration is recommended as this camp is limited to 75 participants. (Cost $541/421)
