FAU Basketball Annual `Bury the Burrow in Red' Against FIU

The Florida Atlantic University Athletics Department will host its annual "Bury the Burrow in Red" night as they face rival Florida International University on consecutive nights at FAU Arena, 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton Campus.
Both nights will be FAU Faculty/Staff appreciation night. For both the women's basketball game on Wednesday, January 14 and the men's basketball game on Thursday, January 15, any Florida Atlantic faculty or staff member who brings their Owl card to the game gets a buy one get one free ticket. The Owls will be competing in the NCAA/Sun Belt "Pack the House" challenge as they try to break their previous attendance record.
A number of promotions are also planned. Fans will recieve free t-shirts, bandanas, pompoms, seat cushions, golf towels and megaphones while supplies last. It is also Wild Wednesday, hot dogs and Pepsi are available for $1. There will also be inflatables for the kids, free Pepsi samples and a DJ will be on hand an hour and a half prior to tip-off.
