Volleyball Prepares for Final Home Matches

BOCA RATON, FL - The Florida Atlantic University volleyball team will host its final two home matches of the season this weekend.
The Owls (12-14, 5-9 Sun Belt Conference) will face Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky on Friday, November 7 at 7 p.m. FAU then will play Middle Tennessee University in the FAU Arena on Saturday, November 8 at 7 p.m.
WKU (19-9, 8-5) defeated FAU in three sets on October 3 in Bowling Green, behind 14 kills from preseason All-Sun Belt Conference First Teamer Megan Argabright. The Hilltoppers also feature reigning SBC Defensive Player of the Week Kelly Hofsmeyer. MTSU (21-4, 11-2) swept the Owls in Murfreesboro, Tennessee this season. Ashley Mead had a match-high 16 kills to lead MTSU.
FAU seniors Katie Arvidson and Casey LaRocca will be honored in a pre-match ceremony.
