MOBILE, AL - Katie Arvidson hit .429 on Sunday, but the Florida Atlantic University volleyball team fell to South Alabama in straight sets on Sunday afternoon.
FAU (10-10, 3-5 Sun Belt) defated the Jaguars at home on September 27, but could not complete the season sweep. Arvidson also had three blocks in the match.
The Owls return home on Tuesday to face Florida International. The match will start at 7 p.m. Live stats and live webstreaming of the match will be available at fausports.com. The match will be a part of the Dig Pink campaign for breast cancer awareness, the team will be wearing special pink jerseys.
