Boca Raton, FL - Florida Atlantic University's women's tennis team challenged future Sun Belt Conference opponent University of Louisiana-Lafayette Sunday afternoon, only to fall to the Ragin' Cajuns 6-0.
Lafayette, currently ranked no. 51, was coming off the team's first loss in nearly two months and rebounded by capturing one through six singles and electing not to play for the doubles point.
FAU will next play host to Brown, 1 p.m. Monday at Patch Reef Park.
