Jacksonville, FL - Florida Atlantic University's women's tennis team opened the 2005-2006 season under the direction of first-year head coach Mary Dailey at a tournament hosted by Jacksonville University.
The double team of Elodie Wendling and Claudia Kecht proved victorious with an 8-5 victory over Reynolds/Wolken from Georgia Southern.
The team of Katherine Bartnik and Danielle Simone fell to the team of Panton/Borisev from South Carolina State.
In all, FAU played in six singles matches
