Spencer Milne Named FAU's Director of Ticket Operations

Boca Raton - Spencer Milne has been named Florida Atlantic University's Director of Athletic Ticket Operations, announced FAU Athletics Director Craig Angelos, Tuesday.
"I'm excited to have someone with Spencer's background join our program," said Angelos. "His diverse experience at other universities and his fresh outlook will be a valuable addition as we strive to keep him busy and to sell more tickets to our contests."
Milne comes to FAU from Wake Forest University where he served as a ticket office assistant since July 2004. Prior to Wake Forest Milne served as a graduate assistant and then Interim Director of Ticket Operations at Ohio University while earning a master's degree in business administration and sports administration.
Milne began his career in the ticket office at Ohio in June of 2003 under the direction of Shelley Binegar. He will re-team with Binegar at FAU who served as FAU's Director of Ticket Operation since the spring of 2004, before moving into the Owl Club Director position.
Prior to Ohio, Milne served as an Athletics Facilities and Operations Intern at Southern Methodist University from August 2001 through June 2002. He also served as a Media Services student assistant at Ohio and worked at Major League Soccer's D.C. United as a promotions intern.
Milne, who graduated from Ohio University in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in sport industry, resides in Deerfield Beach and will wed his fiancé Lisa Federer on February 19, 2005.
