Lady Owls Visit Soup Kitchen

BOCA RATON, FL - Members of the Florida Atlantic University women's basketball team took time out on Wednesday to visit the Soup Kitchen of Boynton Beach. The main purpose of the visit was to shed some holiday cheer and to give away over 350 canned food items that were collected during the food drive at the FAU-Georgia Tech game on November 21.

Janka Deckerova, Keisha Bailey, DeKesh Frazier, and Joeyn Dearsman were on hand to represent the Lady Owls. They helped serve food to those in need and also made goodie bags for the children that will be visiting the kitchen over the next few days.
