BOCA RATON, FL -- Florida Atlantic University head women's basketball coach Chancellor Dugan has announced the signing of five players during the recently completed early signing period.
The new additions include Keisha Bailey (F, 6-5, Huber Heights, OH), Jessica Davis (G, 5-7, Coral Springs, FL), Missy Glaser (G, 5-7, Evansville, IN), Sally N'Diaye (F, 6-2, Senegal), and Cristal Randolph (G, 5-6, Deerfield Beach, FL).
Davis is currently a senior at Coral Springs High School where she averaged 16 points and 13 rebounds as a junior last year. She also averaged three blocks per game. Glaser averaged 22 points per game last year as a junior at Mater Dei High School. She also averaged four rebounds and six assists as the team's point guard. Glaser is the sister of current FAU assistant coach Natalie Glaser.
N'Diaye is averaging over 30 points per game as a senior and averaged 18 points and 10 rebounds last year as a junior at Oak Hill Academy in Mouth of Wilson, VA. Randolph is currently a senior at Deerfield Beach High School. As a junior, she averaged 20 points along with seven rebounds and six assists per game. She attends the same high school as current Lady Owl Trineca McCleod.
"I'm really excited about this class," said Dugan. "It's probably the best early class we have signed. It's a direct result, I believe, of the success this program has enjoyed over the past three years."
Florida Atlantic is picked to finish first in the Atlantic Sun Conference South Division and is coming off its best season in school history.
