Women's Tennis Stopped By Campbell

ORLANDO, FL -
Florida Atlantic University's Kristen Jordan picked up the lone point in FAU's 5-2 loss to Trans America Athletic Conference foe Campbell University Saturday afternoon in Orlando. Jordan, ranked 71st in the nation, defeated CU's Carmen Linder 6-1, 6-0.
Jordan also figured in one of FAU's two doubles victories as she paired with Jessica Burrow to defeat Campbell's no. 3 doubles team, 8-6.
Maria Aguirre-Gomez and Tania Rivera claimed FAU's other doubles point with a victory at no. 2.
The victory for Jordan was her 20th of the year, including fall play. She's 20-3 overall after going 25-3 a year ago. Against TAAC competition, Jordan is 10-0 in the past two seasons.
