Softball's Myers Honored...Again

For the fourth time in six weeks, Florida Atlantic University's Nicole Myers has been named Trans America Athletic Conference Pitcher-of-the-Week. The junior went 2-1 last week with 17 strikeouts in 11 innings of work, including 10 against no. 18 Nebraska. Myers leads the TAAC in strikeouts (186) and ERA (0.56).

Myers also leads FAU with a .369 batting average and has already tied her FAU record of 12 homers in a season, a mark she set in her freshman season.

The Lady Owls next play Friday on the first day of action at the FAU "Parents Weekend" Invitational.
