Josh Novisky Has Signed a NLI

BOCA RATON, FL -
Josh Novisky, a utility infielder, has signed a NCAA National Letter of Intent with Florida Atlantic University's baseball program, announced John McCormack, FAU's Associate Head Baseball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator.
"Josh is a tremendous hitter with exceptional power," McCormack said. "He will be a great offensive player in college."
Novisky, a 6-4, 233 pounder, will bring great size and strength to either first or third and may possibly see time behind the plate.
As a junior at Newton High School, he earned all-conference, all-west Jersey and was named second team all-state. He hit .453 with eight home runs. Novisky also drove in 26 RBIs and walked 35 times as the team's lead-off hitter.
He marks the second player to come form the Newton area. Current FAU senior, Regan Samaniego will attempt to build upon his outstanding junior campaign, where he hit eight home runs in 120 at bats. Samaniego has been a part of a program that has posted a 98-27 record over the last two seasons, been to the last two NCAA Tournaments, and has held a top-25 national ranking.
