Geardino joined Florida Atlantic in August of 2024 as a Property Assistant under the umbrella of FAU Sports Properties and was elevated to Partnership Service Specialist in March of 2025.
In his current role, Geardino is charged with implementing process improvements resulting in increased operational efficiency. He has done this by analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancements. He also assisted sales teams in designing customized solutions for clients based on their unique needs and requirements while working to maintain high customer satisfaction standards enabling FAU Sports Properties to meet and/or exceed targets.
Geardino’s elevation came one year after proving himself as a property assistant. In that role, he took the lead to establish the program’s first 50/50, which included the coordination and management of 20+ volunteers. Geardino was responsible for corporate sponsor fulfillment of on and off the field / court promotions.
Prior to FAU, Geardino served as an Event & Donor Relations Coordinator from November 2023-July 2024. In that role, he was responsible for cultivating relationships with sponsors such as current FAU benefactor Baptist Health as well as others. He also planned events and coordinated logistics with vendors, corporate sponsors and internal teams.
Geardino earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, in 2023, from Florida Atlantic in Multimedia Film Studies and holds a certificate in women’s studies. While attending FAU, he was a member of AEPi Phi Alpha.
