Ryan Rodack joined FAU men's basketball as the Director of Basketball Operations in May of 2026. He comes to Boca Raton after serving as a student manager at his alma mater, Tulane University, for four years. He also earned a promotion to head men's basketball student manager for his final two years with the Green Wave.

While at Tulane, Rodack supervised a staff of 10 student managers, and edited and coded game film of the Green Wave and their opponents. He also designed and led player development workouts; managed practice setup, equipment logistics and game-day operations; and assisted in coordinating road game travel logistics.

In addition to his tenure at Tulane, Rodack also gained basketball experience as a game presentation intern for the Philadelphia 76ers, and as the varsity basketball director and counselor for four years at Camp Nock-A-Mixon.

Rodack earned his Bachelor of Science degree in management at Tulane while minoring in Spanish. He is currently enrolled in FAU's MBA Sport Management program.
