Joined Florida Atlantic in the fall of 2022 as an athletics development and guest services representative intern.
In the fall of 2026, moved to the ticket office, becoming a ticket account executive following FAU Athletics’ partnership with Taymar, managing and maintaining a portfolio of 300+ customer accounts across five ticketed sports, ensuring strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.
Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to drive ticket sales, increase attendance, and identify new revenue opportunities.
Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for ticket holders while supporting the full sales cycle, including prospecting, sales, account management, customer service, and ticket activation.
As a development intern, lead Paradise Club season ticket and parking mailers for football and basketball seasons.
Performed development research projects as directed by the Assistant AD for Development while assisting with season ticket sales for football and basketball.
Helped facilitated donor outreach and coordination of NCAA tournament and Final Four ticket sales.
Performed day-to-day operations tasks for the department, including creating Excel sheets for organizational support for sybunts, lybunts, and donor management.
Assisted with game day operations for football, men’s and women’s basketball, and baseball while also helping execute events hosted by the development team (e.g. dinner on the diamond, signing day event, and ladies' nights).
Contributed to the development of the annual giving brochure for the Paradise Club while also assisting with the gifting process for the annual fund and ordering and designing promotional gear for Paradise Club events.
While an intern with guest service representatives, helped facilitate the preseason Guest Service Relations (GSR) operations meeting, and led a team in pre-game for football and Men’s basketball (donor area, tickets, courtside management, parking).
Managed the donor lounge for football and enhanced the donor experience and oversaw premium check-in for the fan experience for baseball.
