Kosi Eldridge

Joined the staff following spring of 2025 as the team’s assistant inside linebacker coach

At Coffeyville

Spent the 2024 season working with the Coffeyville linebackers and as the Red Ravens’ defensive coordinator
The Red Ravens’ defense finished top five in the NJCAA in multiple statistic categories including, turnovers forced and scoring defense
Help lead the Red Ravens to a share of the KJCCC championship and a No. 8 finish in the NJCAA

At Abilene Christian

Began his coaching career as the defensive assistant at Abilene Christian
Promoted to Outside Linebackers Coach at Abilene Christian in the spring of 2024
Focused his attention on the safeties and outside linebackers and made an impact in recruiting
Has developed over time through the tutelage and mentorship by tenured coaches such as Tim DeRuyter (Texas Tech), Marquice Williams (Atlanta Falcons), Skylar Cassidy (North Texas), and Kieth Patterson (Abilene Christian) plus many more

Playing Career

Continued his playing career as a professional, first with the Atlanta Falcons during the summer camp of 2023
Drafted by the Orlando Guardians (XFL) before deciding to start his coaching career
Served as one of Texas Tech’s team captains and was an All-Conference Honorable Mention selection in 2022
Member of the Red Raiders from 2019-22
Bowl Game participant in both 2021 (Liberty Bowl 34-7 victory over Mississippi State) and 2022 (Texas Bowl 42-25 victory over Ole Miss)
Gained his first collegiate experience at Kilgore Junior College where he was mentored by Coach Nick Dobler. The duo won the SWJCFC Championship, going 10-2 and the Texas H.O.T. Bowl

High School

Earned his prep experience at Denton Ryan High School in Denton, Texas where he was a 2017 District 5-5A Co-Defensive MVP and an All-State selection by the Associated Press

Personal
