Became a sports nutrition dietetic intern with the Houston Astros in January of 2026, creating athlete-focused nutrition handouts on dining-out options and convenient pre-made meals via Canva.
Assisted with identifying cost-effective catering strategies to support team fueling needs while gaining experience assessing food preferences and cultural dietary patterns among baseball athletes while adapting nutrition strategies to meet the needs of Hispanic and Latin American players.
Collected athlete body weight data and conducts hydration assessments using MX3 testing while assisting with athlete sweat testing using MX3 to assess fluid and electrolyte losses.
Conducts and reviews InBody (BIA) body composition data to assist with individualized fueling and body composition goals and assisted in DEXA analysis for athlete body composition and performance goals.

Joined the International Vitamin Corporation as a dietetic intern beginning in November 2025, conducting ingredient analysis and evaluates emerging nutrition research for supplement development.
Support new products development through evidence-based claim substantiation and market research while creating educational materials and marketing content aligned with ethical standards via Canva, helping develop and present a new supplement concept, including price (msrp), sales strategy, and consumer positioning.
At Florida State
In the fall of 2024, joined Florida State football as a sports nutrition volunteer, supporting FSU football dietitians with gameday fueling, hydration, and nutrition support before, during, and after games, including walk-through snack, meal, and hydration setup.
Assisted with food delivery and game-day setup for coaches and players, including locker room nutrition and pre-game hydration, also assisting with FSU Football practice operations by setting up snacks, preparing break coolers, preparing recovery shakes, and packing nutrition supplies for away games.
Guided athletes in building balanced plates aligned with individual body composition and performance goals while being mindful of cultural food preferences and food allergies while maintaining inventory, organization, and cleanliness of the fuel bar and nutrition office to create a welcoming environment.
At HCA Florida Capital Hospital
In the September of 2025, joined HCA Florida Capital Hospital as a clinical dietetic intern, completed nutrition assessments and documentation using the Nutrition Care Process (ADMIE) while developing and implementing Medical Nutrition Therapy for acute and chronic disease states.
Provided patient education on therapeutic diets while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
At FIGG Athlete Dining Hall at FSU
Began working the FSU FIGG Athlete Dining Hall in April of 2025 as a food service dietetic intern.
Assisted in planning and preparing performance-focused breakfasts for FSU football athletes, targeting weight gain while ensuring food safety, allergy awareness, and cultural food preferences. also assisted with receiving and setting up team meals for baseball games.
Ensures accurate food labeling and allergen identification at pre-game and Sunday family dinners while assisting players with plate building and supporting staff as needed.
Conducted kitchen sanitation inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards while developing staff hand-washing hygiene procedure to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
At West Virginia
In the spring of 2021, joined West Virginia football as a sports nutrition volunteer, assisting in fueling football athletes’ pre-, post, and intra-practice fuel while also assisting sports dietitians in fueling station inventory, stocking, and receiving.
Performs hydrating testing via MX3 wand while addressing hydration protocol and assisting in vitamin compliance to student football athletes.
Assisted in making pre- and post-fuel smoothies while acknowledging football athletes’ body composition goals, assisting in working home football games and coordinating stadium set up, half-time fuel, hydration, and post-game meal.
Personal Education: Earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods, emphasis in Dietetics, degree from West Virginia University in May 2024. Currently furthering her education, receiving a Master in Exercise Physiology with a Sports Nutrition Major degree from Florida State with an expected graduation date of May 2026.
