- Joined Florida Atlantic in the January of 2025 as a ticket account executive following FAU Athletics’ partnership with Taymar.
- In August of 2025, became a client relations manager with Alternative Revenue Solutions/Fortress Legal Plan managing active legal cases by coordinating directly with in-office attorneys and supporting case preparation.
- Assumed responsibilities for the Director of Operations, including bank reconciliations, financial tracking and created, submitted, and managed invoices to ensure timely billing and revenue flow.
- Serve as the company’s primary point of contact for customer service via phone and email, resolving issues efficiently
- Became a membership associate, sales development program with the Atlanta Hawks in December 2024, conducting 100+ outbound calls daily to qualify leads and assess fan’s needs.
- Generated new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and self-prospecting while supporting membership sales initiatives during games by staffing sales tables and engaging prospects.
- Joined the United Soccer League as a club service intern in August of 2025, collecting and analyzing ticketing and corporate sales data using internal portals and Excel.
- Other assignments included conducting secret shopper phone calls to evaluate team sales strategies and ticket promotions while assisting with sales generation conference calls and administrative support tasks.
- In July 2024, joined the Tampa Bay Sun FC as a matchday operations assistant, before a promotion one month later.
- Received a title change in August, to stage manager serving as the main liaison for home and visiting teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Managed fan engagement during the first home opener to deliver a positive game-day experience.
- Joined the Tampa Tarpons in conjunction with the New York Yankees Spring Training in February of 2024 as a GameDay Staffer, engaging with fans to enhance spring training and game-day experiences.
- Sold 50/50 raffle tickets supporting fundraising initiatives and fan participation.
- Became an event coordinator/administrative assistant in November 2023, serving as point of contact for USA Rugby and 200+ participating teams.
- Organized and managed teams’ documentation, ensuring accuracy, timely corrections and supported tournament operations including team check-in, player weigh-ins, and scheduling.
- In July of 2022, became a member of the Buccaneers “Street Team”, helping promote the Buccaneers brand at community events and fan activations.
- Led fan engagement initiatives in the Jr. Bucs Zone, helping increase sign-ups by 600 and assisted with training camp setup and execution.
