At Florida Atlantic

Joined the Owls in June of 2025 as an Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance

At Massachusetts, Amherst

Served as the Assistant Director of Compliance from July 2023-24 and then as a Director of Compliance beginning in July of 2024 until coming to FAU in June of 2025
While at UMass, had direct oversight over several aspects of compliance including the day-to-day NCAA compliance operation
Built relationships with on campus partners such the Registrar’s Office, International Student’s Office, Admissions and Academics
Scholarship and renewals/non-renewals as well as initial athletic aid were part of her purview as well as progress towards degree waivers, medical waivers, medical hardship waivers, reinstatement waivers and of course NCAA violations
Educated the coaches and department on adherence to NCAA, conference and institutional rules and regulations and through consistent monitoring of all recruiting activities, awards and benefits as well as building relationships with student-athletes
Participated in NIL and Shared Governance Committee at UMass

At Barry

Her collegiate career began at her alma mater where she was a Coordinator of Student-Athlete Services and Compliance from February of 2022 until taking the position at UMass in July of 2023
Oversaw the day-to-day NCAA compliance operations
Completed NCAA reports including Academic Tracking and Certification, Sports Sponsorship Report, Sport Participation Report and Financial Aid Reports
Assisted with updating the Student-Athlete Handbook and the athletic department’s Policy and Procedure manual
Assisted with team travel, game administration and tournaments
Supervised ICA graduate assistants and interns as well as serving as a game day administrator
While working on a master’s degree, she held a graduate assistantantship for Student-Athlete Services from August 2021 through February of 2022
Assisted the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance and Academics
Completed NCAA reports including APR and sport sponsorship
Assisted with all certifying initial, continuing, and transfer eligibility
Monitored CARA practice and competition logs
Assisted with updating the student-athlete handbook and much more such as study hall monitoring, tutoring and updating the student-athlete handbook

At Miami Marlins MLB

Served as a Show Control Operator in the spring of 2023 and as a Marketing and Operations Ambassador from June of 2021 through August of 2022

Served as a Pioneer Valley Juniors Volleyball Head Coach and assistant volleyball coach at Dr. Michael Krop Senior High School, working with Barry on scorer’s tables and as an official liaison, volunteered at UMass with Student-Athlete Development
Continues to serve as an Independent Mental Performance Coach Personal

Education: Earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport, Exercise and Performance Psychology in 2021 and a master’s degree in the same field in 2023, both from Barry University.
