Conor Marlatt joined the Florida Atlantic University staff in January of 2021 as the athletic trainer for the Owls’ women’s tennis program.
Marlatt came to FAU after serving in a similar role at Michigan State from June of 2019 through May of 2020. At MSU, Marlatt worked with the football and men’s basketball teams. He also served as a preceptor for athletic training students.
Marlatt earned his undergraduate degree in Health and Human Performance from the University of Montana in May of 2019. He also earned his Masters of Athletic Training degree in May of 2019.
He gained his clinical experiences with his alma mater Montana, primarily working with the football, softball, and women’s soccer programs; and from Arizona State, where he also worked with football.
Marlatt holds memberships with the National Athletic Trainers Association, the Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association, and the Athletic Trainers Association of Florida. He previously held memberships with the Northwest Athletic Trainers’ Association, Montana Athletic Trainers’ Association where he served on the Public Relations Committee, and the University of Montana Athletic Training Students’ Association, where he served as President. He is certified with a NPI number, BOC, CPR/AED, First Aid and is a Graston M1 Provider.
