Josh Keck joined the Florida Atlantic women's basketball staff as a graduate assistant in August 2022. Keck trains team managers and practice players, clips and prepares practice film, and assists coach Ruffing in post player development.

Keck joins the Owls after serving as an undergraduate student manager and practice player for the past three years with the Lady Vols at the University of Tennessee. As an undergraduate student manager, Keck facilitated day-to-day operations for the Lady Vols, managed team equipment and gear, participated in scout team, recorded statistics during games for team analytics, trained team managers, and assisted with bench/timeout responsibilities for home and away contests.

A native of Knoxville, Keck graduated from the University of Tennessee in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in business. He is currently working towards an MBA in supply chain management at FAU.
