Sports performance intern from 2019 to 2020 as an undergraduate at Barton College, working with their men’s lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, and cheer and dance teams.

Obtained her master’s degree in exercise physiology with a concentration in strength and conditioning from the University of Louisville in 2022
Earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and sports management from Barton College in 2020, where she also played on the women’s soccer team
Holds certifications through the NSCA, CSCCa, NASM, and is CPR/AED certified.
