- Took second in the 50 free (23.62) to open the season in a dual meet versus Keiser
- Had a strong midseason Patriot Invitational outing, rebreaking her own 50 free school record, swimming 22.82 for a first place finish, while taking second in the 100 free (50.45)
- Earned wins in the 50 free (23.27) and 100 free (51.57) in a dual meet versus St. Thomas
- Closed out the regular season placing first in the 50 free (23.88) and 100 free (51.99) against FIU
- Competed in three events at the American Conference Championships including a fifth place finish in the 50 free "A" Final, swimming 22.66, rebreaking her own school record once again. Also part of the school record 200 free relay team (1:31.22)
- Wrapped up junior season at the CSCAA National Invitational Championship, finishing 19th in the 50 free (23.29)
- Opened the season with victories in the 50 free (23.89) and 100 free (52.71) against Indian River
- Finished third in the 50 free (23.97) at the TYR Fall Classic
- Racked up wins in the 50 free (23.57) and 100 free (52.46) against Keiser
- Was a big contributor in the win at the midseason Patriot Invitational, placing fourth in the 50 free (23.01) and sixth in the 100 free (50.73)

Freshman (2023-24)
- Began collegiate career with a victory in the 50 free (23.74) against Indian River
- Took first place in both the 50 free (23.88) and 100 free (52.97) versus Nova
- Racked up wins in the 50 free (23.57) and 100 free (52.46) against Keiser
- Stood out as of the top contributors to the Owls’ historic win at the midseason Patriot Invitational, setting a program record in the 50 free (22.88) and contributing to a school record in the 400 medley relay (3:41.47)
- Picked up a pair of victories in the 50 free (23.59) and 100 free (51.79) versus St. Thomas
- In her first American Conference Championship appearance, was part of two school records and earned bronze medals in the 200 free relay (1:32.30) and 200 medley relay (1:39.81). Also part of program record setting 400 free relay team (3:22.22)
- Swam at the Al Khor International School for coach Graham Williams
- Competed in the FINA World Cup in 2019 and 2022, making four finals in the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free and 50 fly
- Fastest Female Swimmer of all ages in the 50, 100, and 200 free
- Made the Welsh National Swim Team in 2020-2023
- COBIS Award in 2020 for outstanding achievement in swimming
- Born and raised in Swansea, Wales

- Mom Julia competed in the 1990 Commonwealth Game, representing Wales for the 100 and 200 Breast as well as the 4x200m Free Relay.
