As a Sophomore (2000): Led the squad in every pitching and offensive category...started all 74 games....pitched four no-hitters....second in the nation in strikeouts per seven innings (10.4) and 16 in era (0.803)....had a career high in single-season strikeouts (325)....had 22 victories and a team low 0.85 era....led the team in batting average (.299), runs (39), hits (61), homeruns (11), RBIs (39) and base on balls (38).....pitched back-to-back no hitters against SIU-Carbondale and Rutgers.....named TAAC pitcher of the week four times....named TAAC conference player of the year.....earn first team all-conference....earned back-to-back conference tournament MVP honors and guided the Owls to their second regional appearance....named to All-regional team....2000 FAU Athlete of the Year.
As a freshman (‘99): Played in all 69 games either at pitcher or designated hitter...pitched her first no-hitter against University of Hartford...had 24 victories on the season and a team high 211 strikeouts...earned conference player or pitcher 4 times and the only person in conference history to be named pitcher and player of the same week...she earn first team all conference as a pitcher and designated hitter...also named TAAC-Tournament MVP which guided the Owls to their third consecutive championship and first ever appearance in the NCAA regional tournament.
High School: Played for Tim Cornstock at St Pete High School...earned St Pete Time player of the year, Tampa Tribune player of the year, and Suncoast player of the year...first team All-State, first team All-Conference and player of the year, three-time team MVP.
Personal: Science major...daughter of Roxanne Myers and Frank Myers...born July 31, 1980, in Pottstown, PA...her professional goal is to become a veteranarian...and also to make the olympic team.
