At FAU:
Randolph joined the Owls' coaching staff as a volunteer assistant in fall 2020.
At Johnson & Wales University:
Randolph became a men’s golf head coach for the first time at Johnson & Wales. While there, he coached an NAIA All-American and led his team to a 12th place finish at the 2019 NAIA National Championship.
At TCU:
In first stint at the Division I level, Randolph helped the Horned Frogs reach the NCAA South Regionals in 2016 and 2017. Randolph also led his team to a third-place finish at the 2016 Big 12 Championship.
At Lynn University:
Randolph’s success at the NAIA level translated immediately to NCAA Division II. At Lynn, Randolph won NCAA Division II National Championships in 2013 and 2015. He coached two Division II National Player of the Years, including an individual National Championship winner in 2014. In 2014, Randolph earned national and regional Coach of the Year honors. He collected Sunshine State Conference Coach of the Year awards in 2012 and 2014. Randolph led his team to NCAA South Regional Championships in 2013 and 2014, adding a Sunshine State Conference Championship the latter year. Over his five years at the helm, Randolph produced 13 NCAA Division II All-Americans and 24 tournament wins.
At Bethel College:
Randolph had Bethel, his alma mater, playing at a consistently high level while there. For five consecutive years (2005-2009), Randolph’s team ranked top-15 nationally. The squad also won three consecutive NAIA Region 8 Championships (2006-2008). Randolph collected 43 tournament championships and five conference championship over his nine years at the helm. In 2009 Randolph led his team a second-place finish at the 2009 NAIA National Championships, one of six top-15 finishes. Under Randolph, five Bethel players earned NAIA All-American honors and three earned honorable mentions. In 2008, Randolph coached an NAIA Individual Champion.
Personal
Served as the NAIA Women’s Golf Coaching Association’s president in 2011 and as the vice president from 2009-10
As an assistant basketball coach at Bethel, Randolph won an NCCAA Championship as well as two regular season and tournament championships
Earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Bethel College in 2000 and 2004, respectively
