Whether you're planning your trip to Boca Raton, walking up to the gate or settling in to your seat, we hope you have a wonderful visit to the Home of the Owls. Use this A-to-Z guide to answer many of the questions you may have about a game day in Paradise.
ADMISSION/TICKETS
As you enter the ballpark gates, an attendant will scan your ticket barcode. Please make sure that each person in your party presents his or her ticket individually. Once guests enter the ballpark, they will be allowed to exit and reenter.
FAU students will receive free admission to all FAU Baseball games at FAU Baseball Stadium with a valid Owl Card.
Guests who did not purchase tickets prior, a ticketing tent will be located right outside the ballpark entrance.
The Ticket Tent will open (60) sixty minutes prior to the start of the game.
For more information regarding ticket sales please call the FAU Ticket Office at 1-866-FAU-OWLS.
A home and visiting team pass list will be available for all FAU Baseball games. Pass lists should be given to theFAU Baseball Stadium Ticket Stand at least (90) ninety minutes prior to the start of the game. Fans on the pass list can pick up their tickets at theFAU Baseball Stadium ticket tent located right outside the entrance of the ballpark.
ADA ACCOMMODATIONS
General Public Parking for guests with disabilities will be available in lot 15 during all home baseball games. There is no charge to park. The lot opens (2) hours prior to the start of the game.
Accessible seating for guests in wheelchairs or mobility concerns on stairs is available on the first row of the main bleachers.
In the event of severe weather or an emergency that requires stadium evacuation, Event Staff will be available to assist guests with disabilities who request assistance exiting the ballpark or seeking shelter.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited by persons younger than 21 years of age. Anyone consuming alcohol must be prepared to show proof that he or she is 21 years of age or older.
No outside alcohol may be brought into the ballpark at any time.
All alcohol sales stop at the end of the 7thInning.
BANNERS, SIGNS, & FLAGS
Approved signs are authorized inside the ballpark after inspection, however, no banner, flags, signs with poles, sticks or brace will be allowed.
Pre-approved banners and locations are permissible in advance as long as the banners do not interfere with the sight of other guests. No pre-approved commercial banners will be authorized.
CAMERAS
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. Cameras with a lens longer than five inches, video cameras, stands/tripods, and bags/cases are not permitted in the Kimberly V. Strauss Tennis Center. Florida Atlantic Athletics reserves the right to record all home tennis matches.
BATTING PRACTICE
Fans who wish to watch batting practice are allowed to enter the ballpark prior to gates opening. An event official will be checking tickets of those who entered the stadium early once the gate opens (60) sixty minutes prior to first pitch.

CONCESSIONS
Concessions will be available from a mobile vendor right inside the FAU Baseball Stadium entrance. All concession transactions will be cashless.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Florida Atlantic fans are known for their passion, team support, hospitality, and sportsmanship. Our image is shaped not only by our student-athletes, coaches, students, and faculty, but by our fans as well. Our goal is to create a championship experience with integrity for our teams and fans alike, while maintaining a safe and respectful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In case of an emergency, the public address announcer will notify fans of developing situations including inclement weather, fire, power failure and game delays. These announcements are made to let fans make informed decisions concerning their well-being and provide specific instructions about what to do. If possible, familiarize yourself with the nearest exit points of the ballpark. In case of an emergency, please dial 911, and contact the nearest event staff member.
GATES
The FAU Baseball Stadium Gates will open one (60) minutes prior to the start of the baseball game, unless otherwise stated onFAUsports.com
HEAT RELATED ILLNESS GUIDE
In Florida, the development of heat related problems is a common occurrence during baseball games at FAU Baseball Stadium. A high heat index increases the body temperature leading to significant sweating and fluid loss. Unless fluids are appropriately replaced, heat-related illness may occur. Fans with cardiac, respiratory, or gastrointestinal problems are at higher risk for heat illness. Heat problems can usually be prevented by:
Applying sunscreen that has a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or higher
Wearing a wide brimmed hat
Wearing sunglasses that block at least 99 percent of UV light
Wearing light, loose-fitting clothes
Drinking plenty of water or sports drinks such as Powerade
Limiting alcohol intake
If you become hot, sweaty, fatigued, and thirsty, you should get out of the sun immediately and begin to replenish your fluids. If these symptoms continue or you develop dizziness or muscle cramps, you should notify the nearest Event Staff or Security Personnel.
LOST AND FOUND
If any article is lost or found in the ballpark, please inquire about, or report the item to the nearest Event Staff. Items turned in during the baseball game will be delivered to the security table located at the front entrance of the ballpark. All lost and found items not picked up prior to the end of the game will be turned in to FAU PD and are available for pick-up the following business day. All unclaimed items will be disposed of after 30 days. Please call 561-297-3500 to inquire about lost items.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK POLICY
Single servings of food and drinks may be brought into the ballpark within the following guidelines
No Alcoholic Beverages of any kind
One single serving (20 oz or less) of sealed beverages per person only
Only plastic bottles allowed. No cans or glass bottles allowed
Food must be single-portion and for individual consumption only
No Coolers will be allowed
Food and Beverages may be in a paper bag, plastic bag or insulated bag
PARKING
Free parking will be available for all home baseball games. Parking is located in Lot 15 and overflow parking will be located in Lots 10 and 14
PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
Threatening or inconsiderate behavior such as profane and abusive language, use of tobacco, fighting, and drunkenness will not be tolerated and can result in ejection, and / or arrest.
Standing on seats and throwing any objects in the stands or onto the field is also prohibited. Should you observe any of this disruptive behavior, please notify your nearest law enforcement officer or event staff member.
NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the field of play unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.

For the safety and security of our guests, a number of items are not permitted in the ballpark including:

SMOKING
Florida Atlantic University is a Tobacco Free Campus, which includes the ban of electronic cigarettes. This policy is in effect at all athletic facilities, including the FAU Baseball Stadium. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University policy.

TAILGATING
Tailgating is permitted in the parking lots. Tents, tables, tarps or canopies ARE NOT permitted if they impede foot or vehicular traffic or if they extend into additional parking spaces.
Promotional activities involving alcohol or tobacco are not allowed on campus at any time.
Know and obey regulations governing alcohol use. Drinking is illegal for anyone under the age of 21. Distribution of alcohol without a permit is illegal and leaving alcohol in plain view or unattended is consider distribution.
Don’t litter. Please be respectful of the campus and dispose of all trash in the proper waste bins.
