Walk-ons
All walk-ons should print out the forms under the freshmen and transfer athletes link and the physical exam form under miscellaneous forms.
Complete all forms and receive a physical in the past 6 months from your own licensed physician. Send or bring the completed forms to Oxley Center Training room.
