Jaime Taylor has been named Florida Atlantic University's Director of Marketing and Game Operations, announced Tom Cargill.
FAU is one of the fastest growing universities in the country. This newly created position is in direct correlation with the explosion of interest in FAU and the athletic teams.
Taylor worked in FAU's athletic department as a student assistant and has proven her desire for the field by the experience she has gained while attending college.
Taylor graduated from FAU in with a B.S. in both Management and Marketing, in December 1999. While working on a double degree, she served as the Sports Marketing Assistant and was the Advertising Chair and Coordinator for Midnight Madness and the basketball season opener. She also worked with the 4th Annual Tip-off Golf Classic.
Following graduation, Taylor worked for the Florida Panthers Hockey Club in corporate sales and Client Services as an intern. She has also worked with Cambridge Learning Center (1998), Sports Management Research Institute (1998), the Kendale Swim Club (1997), the Phoenix American Warranty Company (1997) and the American Volleyball Professionals (1997) and the Phoenix American Warranty Company (1996).
