Florida Atlantic University Athletics, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Palm Beach County, Inc and the First Mentors program will be recognizing the heroism of the New York City and Washington D.C. citizens as well as everyone who has contributed to the nationwide support following the September 11th tragedies. On Friday, October 5, preceding the volleyball game against Mercer at 7 pm, a banner will be displayed in the lobby of the gymnasium for the public to sign. The signed banner will be sent to the offices of Mayors Rudolph Guilianai and Anthony A. Williams.
