Fans will have the opportunity to visit Florida Atlantic University's new football home and meet the student-athletes and coaches of FAU on Saturday, August 16 at FanFest. The third annual event will feature a football scrimmage, an autograph session with athletes from FAU's 17 sports and a children's interactive play area.
Fans can come early to enjoy a children's interactive play area, meet the FAU mascot, cheerleaders and dance team and receive autographs from FAU athletes and coaches beginning at 2 pm at Lockhart Stadium. A Football scrimmage is scheduled for 4 pm. Admission and parking to all events is free.
The football team will host Valdosta State University in its first home game of the season on September 6 at 4 pm.
