Upcoming Event: Men's Golf versus American Conference Championship on April 27, 2026

The Florida Atlantic University's athletes have kept busy this season on and off the field, including community service. Athletes have made appearances in the community and are mentoring youngsters.
On April 4th, head baseball coach Kevin Cooney along with players Mike Cox, Alex Fonseca and Tim Mascia visited the Karen Slattery school located on FAU's campus. The team hosted Belmont University that night and the students of Karen Slattery were honored at the game and students of the school threw out the first pitch.
Future engagements that the teams will participate include Morikami Children 's Day on Sunday, April 27th at the Morikami Museum. The event runs from 10am-5pm and players will sign autographs. Admission is $5 for all ages and questions can be directed to April Merola at 561-297-1041.
Members of several FAU athletic teams will be present at the 2003 Gear-Up program on Thursday, April 10th. The Gear-up (Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) is a federally sponsored program to promote access to and success in postsecondary educationa. On Thursday, athletes will speak to approximately 100 ninth grade students about life in college.
The softball team will host Belmont University on Saturday, April 19th in a doubleheader scheduled for 6 and 8 pm. An Easter egg hunt will take place between games at approximately 7:30 pm. Children 10 and under will receive free admission if they bring an Easter egg.
